The Controller gathers your personal data directly from you, from documents containing your personal data that we have received during the recruitment process.
Depending on the data disclosed or provided to us, the nature of data that we process may particularly include first name and last name, email address, education, phone number, residence address, correspondence address.

Purposes and bases of the processing

We process personal data:

in order to conclude and perform contract of employment/ contract of mandate/ contract for specific work/ contract for the provision of services concluded with the Controller (Article 6 section 1 letter b of GDPR),

in order to meet the requests of law enforcement authorities, for the purposes of court proceedings and for the purposes of HR, payroll or archiving activities related to employment or cooperation, also after its expiry, and other settlements, accounting and tax archiving, and to prove the observance of the principle of accountability (Article 6 section 1 letter c of GDPR),

for ongoing communication, for archive (evidence) purposes to exercise legitimate interest of the Controller and secure information in the case of legal need to prove facts to possibly determine, ascertain or defend against claims (which is legitimate interest of the Controller under Article 6 section 1 letter f of GDPR),

in order to ensure protection and safety of employees, persons staying at the monitored premises and property,

The provision of data is voluntary but necessary to conclude and perform contracts and keep communication, subject to the fact that, in the case of contracts of employment, the provision of personal data is mandatory within the scope set forth in Article 221 § 1, 2 and 4 of the Labour Code (otherwise it is voluntary but necessary for the purposes related to the establishment and course of employment/ cooperation).
